GTASA Slys Civil Wheels
Replaces the custom wheels with lower poly wheels from other vehicles.
I for one am not a huge fan of flashy tuning, and prefer something subtle.
Pros:
Wheels look neat.
Less memory.
Customizable via textures.
Custom/customizable reflection.
Cons:
Some of the textures are bad quality.
