GTASA Quick Fix: Stratum's sinking wheels

This issue was fixed in Upgraded Vehicles SA Version.

I was driving around in the Stratum when I finally bothered to fix its sinking wheels issue.

Installation:

Look for this line in: Data > Vehicles.ide

561, stratum, stratum, car, STRATUM, STRATUM, null, richfamily, 7, 0, 0, -1, 0.7, 0.7, 1

In the last 3 digits, replace 0.7, 0.7, 1 with 0.8, 0.8, 1

The wheels height was probably copied and pasted by Rockstar from the Sultan and such sports cars.
