GTASA Civil Timecycle (Unfinished)
A timecycle based on the original, but without the exagerrated cyan colours in the atmosphere. Additionally, the lighting on vehicles & pedestrians has been tweaked and the strange "red lighting" has been removed from some weather cycles. The general idea was to correct the original & add improvements.
